To set an industry benchmark, guide companies to expand and strengthen, and promote the healthy development of the virtual reality industry, the Virtual Reality Industry Alliance, commissioned by the organizers of the 2019 World VR Industry Conference, organized the "2019 China Top 50 VR Companies" review. Over 150 companies submitted applications on a voluntary basis. The review committee, chaired by Zhao Qinping, Chairman of the Virtual Reality Industry Alliance and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and composed of over 20 VR experts from relevant industry associations, research institutes, universities, and authoritative media outlets, selected the "2019 China Top 50 VR Companies" based on a variety of criteria, including scale, innovation, and growth potential.
