Xvisio SlimEdge XR50 is a VSLAM module-level product designed specifically for VR/AR. In response to AR/VR manufacturers' demands for minimalist, lightweight, and low-power equipment, SlimEdge XR50 eliminates cumbersome redundant functions and reduces the body size to only 75x14x4.86mm. The net weight without the casing is less than 15.5 grams, and the full-load power consumption of the entire machine is less than 1.2 watts, providing a guarantee for the lightweight and long battery life of the entire machine.

Based on the Intel Movidius VPU processor, Xvisio Technology's unique algorithms and processes integrate difficult technical solutions (including positioning and interaction technologies) that originally involved an extremely long industrial chain into a plug-and-play module-level terminal device, realizing local VSLAM data processing. This cost-effective product solution implements a series of functions such as positioning tracking, spatial interaction, and object recognition for ARVR devices, greatly reducing the development costs of system integrators and shortening the development cycle.

By capturing and instantly processing environmental feature points with a high-speed binocular camera, the SlimEdge XR50 can output its own position and posture information at 1000 frames per second (6DoF) on the end device, with less than 6ms data latency. Within a 3-5 meter square, positioning and tracking accuracy reaches millimeter levels, with a jitter angle of less than 0.2 degrees and a repositioning speed of less than 1 second. Xvisio Technology's years of mass production experience ensure system robustness, resolving common technical pain points associated with XR glasses, such as dizziness, jitter, drifting, heaviness, and cumbersomeness. This provides VR users with a truly immersive experience and AR glasses with true virtual-reality interaction.

This module not only provides powerful edge computing capabilities but also offers a rich set of interfaces, including support for USB 2.0, SPI, and Bluetooth. This provides flexibility in sensor integration solutions for specific applications. Xvisio Technology also offers application SDKs for VIO, VSLAM, CSLAM, plane detection, and map sharing, covering digital application scenarios across multiple industries.
